Silicone Oil

 
Silicone oil is made by synthesizing chlorosilane, which is made through direct synthesis, in hydrolysis and polymerization. There are dimethyl silicone oil, methyl hydrogen silicone oil, hydroxy silicone oil, and silicone gum.
   
  Dimethyl Silicone Oil
Dimethyl silicone oil is colorless, transparent, and odorless liquid. Various types of viscosity are available so you can choose viscosity suitable for your use. It has excellent resistance against heat, coldness, and corrosion. Viscosity change by temperature is small. Dimethyl silicone oil can be extensively used for machinery, electronics, chemistry, textiles, paper, construction, engineering works, and cosmetics. Especially, it is extensively used as lubricant, insulating oil, hot oil, brightener, antifoaming agent, fabric softener, water repellent, and cosmetic additive.

  Volatile Oil
  Volatile oil is colorless and odorless. It has low-toxicity, low surface tension, and volatility at room temperature. Thanks to its low toxicity, it is used to cosmetics a lot. It is exempted from VOC regulation so it is used as the conveyor of oil, lubricants, coating agents, and silicone polymers. Recently, it is being used as an industrial cleaning solution for removing oil, wax, fat or grease of machinery.

  Methyl Hydrogen Silicone Oil
  Methyl hydrogen silicone oil has a hydrogen reacting system so it is applied to various denatured silicone polymers. It has excellent water-repelling properties so it is applied to water-repelling treatment.
